Who called from 8724442484

Car was broken into in Alabama.  Reported to police.  Said beware of identity theft but this call from an unidentified number is the only unusual event.  It was received on a cell phone and was not answered.

A recorded message informed me I had won a contest for a cruise and to press 1. Never fall for stuff like that! Since I entered to contest it is likely a scam of some sort.

I answered it and all I heard was hard breathing and when I called back it never rang
