I receive the same call from "Jeff Washington" but I never answered and he left a voicemail stating his name, saying his association to some dept and that there were serious allegations against me and a number to call, 872-588-4389.
I would never answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number and would defer the call to voicemail and eventually after numerous calls to my phone, that's when he decided to leave a single voicemail as stated above.
Block whatever number he's calling you from (it's not 872-588-4389) it was a Virginia or Florida number and you'll save your self time and his scammy weirdness.
A man by the name of Jeff Washington left me a message stating I had a federal lawsuit against me for international bank fraud. When I called this number a man sounding the same as the message said Jeff Washington was not available, but he could help me. When I stated that the phone call was being recorded, as I thought it was a f--king scam, he immediately told me not to use the f-word, proceeded to scream at me and hug up.

Thick accent man.... Said I had a case with Homeland Security He said it was very serious ! Very scary bc he had my social security # ! I blocked the # and he has called 3 times in a hour...
Received a call from a man saying his name was Simon Morgan, he was from enternet legal dept. had a case against my ss#.. He started yelling and cursing at me and when I would try to ask him a question he yelled and screamed louder. He said he was an attorney..he called two more times and he called again this afternoon. When I told him I was going to have my attorney contact him he stop yelling and cursing at me.
