He called three times. I told him  (foreign accent) not to call again. He said in thick accent, "I call 100 times you stupid person." He did not hang up.

I keep getting calls and voicemails from this number (872) 588-4838 and its some woman recording that I can barely understand.

Whomever this person is keeps calling at least 5 times a day. I make it a rule of thumb now is that not to answer phone calls I do not know.

It's a payday loan company CashNetUSA.  It's a recording (woman's voice with British accent) telling me I qualify for a loan of 1000 up to 10,000 and to call 872-588-4828 or go to their website.
