Who called from 8727722155

Called me claiming to be from Spectrum/Time Warner and asked me how my service was in broken english. I am not a Spectrum customer so I figured it was a scam and hung up on him.

Called me claiming to be Spectrum/Time Warner and said I was paying too much for my service.  Very broken English - said he was checking to see if the better pricing/service was available in my area and then hung up.  SCAM

Multiple calls, multiple hang-ups. Another number documented on an FCC complaint form online.

They call and don't answer when you answer.

Broken english, keeps calling and hanging up. When I call back, same person answers pretending to be different people. NOT TIME WARNER CABLE, THIS IS A SCAM.
