Who called from 8782010366

Several similar notes today on this number. Hang up no message. Another note suggested telemarket.

They called my cell. I didn't answer.  Called them back from my "Land Line", and there is no ring, and no answer.
Eventually line went dead, and the recorded operator said "we're sorry you call could not go through as dialed ..."

Keep getting calls back to back recording saying its the irs calling and they filing  a lawsuit against  me.
