They called I answered, they said I initially called them, which I did not, then told them to [***] off

Called cell phone 2/18/17 it said United States on caller I'd I did not answer they did not leave message I blocked the nimber

They have called numerous times including just now my caller I.D. says "Rapid Refinance". With so many calls coming in daily we         DO NOT answer any calls that we do not know, if someone really wants to get in touch with us they will leave a message and we can return the call right away !
