They left a VM with robotic voice leaving that same number to call back. Did not leave any other information.

Sounds like the fake IRS. Ignore it.

CID showed NEW KENSNGTN PA - recorded message from poopstains claiming to be the US Dept. of Treasury urging you call 407-785-6904 to talk to the IRS about the lawsuit they filed against you.  If someone files a lawsuit against you, it's probably best to talk to your lawyer or anyone else before you talk to whoever filed the lawsuit against you.
