I continually receive calls from this number. I answered it once and didn't say anything, the lady on the other end sounded Spanish, and she hung up after a few seconds of my not answering her back. Just today, Sept 17th they called me 6 times in a row until I picked up and didn't say anything. I usually don't answer the phone if I don't know the number, but I heard if you don't say anything, or you put the person on hold (just put the phone down) if they are a telemarketer or a creditor, the computer will knock the number off the system for lack of response.
