This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1237 hours.  I knew from a glance it was a scam artist.  I picked up the phone but said nothing.  Unfortunately, it didn't stop the idiot-message from beginning, "This is an important announcement about your credit card--"  I slammed the phone back down again and blocked the number.  Yet another blasted con artist.  If they were a legitimate company, they wouldn't be calling me illegally with an illegal idiot-message.  Just phishing for people's credit card numbers.
