Same thing - ring twice and hang up. They called me about 10 minutes after I visited a website called Fumfie.com. A request for info on this site identified them as scammers. I have no way to verify that, nor their connection to this call.

Call on my cell phone. I didn't answer and no message left. I just blocked the number. The governments "do no call registry" is about as effective as everything else. Zero
Saw a missed call from this number when I woke up. Called back and they claimed to have a $100 gift card for Walmart with my name on it all I had to do was register. Too bad the Indian (dot, not feather) accents were so thick on "Shawn Smith" and "Daniel Williams". Otherwise, I just may have fallen for this scam.
