called my cell phone. one ring and no message.

How can I set up my android to block these numbers? does it detect them as they call or will I have to manually do something after I get a call?

All cell phones are different.  You need to consult the owner's manual or your phone carriers help desk.  Or you can download a free call blocking app.

No ring

Called me today at 3pm. It rang twice & hung up. No message. The # came up as "Memphis TN". Prob another scam call and I blocked it. So sick of these calls!
