It's the American disabled veterans foundation. I don't know if that should be considered spam or if it should be considered a telemarketer.

Asked for head of household--I asked who was calling. The man repeated his question, so I repeated mine. He hung up.

Asked for head of household, I replied no because it was the truth and he replied by saying that there was no message and would try again later and hung up.
