This is one of several scam numbers usually using very cleverly crafted recordings which lead you to think it's a real person. With "Heather" it's usually about your credit card payments. student loan or auto warrenty.
Oh, you're not in trouble. I get all three and I have none of the above.
When it's "Emily", who always apologizes for having trouble with her headset, you've won a trip as someone who recently stayed at one of their resorts. Your guess is as good as anyone's as to who "they" are.
If you call the number back you'll probably get one of at least three results: a recording offering to place you on a "no call" list, a recording saying "the current survey has closed" or a disconnect.
The no call list doesn't do anything but confirm that you're at a working number.
