It's Capital One Auto Finance. One of the 102 different phone numbers they are currently using to harass people. There really should be a law against how many times a day they can call you! Here's a list of the numbers they use:
There IS a law against this . . . . Fair Debt Collection Act . . . . It's a federal offense. If they continue to call you, they should be reported to police and federal attorneys. You can write a letter to the U.S. attorney general. In DFW there are some attorneys who collect information and file charges against these collectors violating the law.
