I just got one too. Missed, then tried to call back. Went straight to Cathy Cox's vmail.

Same here. Called back and it said voicemail of Cathy Cox.

I just got a call from this number on cell....didn't answer

Keep getting calls and it annoying. Shortly after I started receiving calls from this number my phone started "acting up". I found out my phone had been hacked. I'm not saying this number did it but I find it odd I had no problems prior.
