This guy is a private investigator called Jeffrey Malkowski. He wants to know why i don't wanna pay PCS debt collectors

he has called me and stated the same thing..  also he stated he put my name in a police computer thats how he claims he got my phone number ..... called him back several times and harrased him

He has called family members saying there is a complaint against me. Do not believe any word of it. This is a SCAM and you should report it to the Attorney Generals Office because he is trying to get your social security number.

Interesting ... He told me he was an attorney today.  This person (and group) needs to be stopped.  Also, note, that they use the number 716-821-9202.
