Who ever is calling from this number is trying to intimidate you because they know they can't be tracked. It's the main number for Shelby County Govt. and this woman was so rude when she called my job wanting information regarding TCAP scores. After a few questions, she literally hung up in my face. She knows that she can't be track down because there are a number of people calling from that building everyday with the same callback number.
