called, when i answered  it disconnected, i called them, they asked me who i was i asked them who is this are you a bill collector they responded "this is Vision Financial". i stated that i missed a call form them, they asked me for my name and phone number.

i refused to give either, stating that this is a business cell phone and if anyone had this number before it was assigned to me by my employer, then that was their issue. they again stated they needed the phone number, i refused, stating that if this is a legitimate collection attempt, they already had the number, and to have a good evening, and hung up.
