Who called from 9012445596

This was definitely a woman's voice.  However the message was so completely garbled that I didn't understand a single word she said.  They left message on 08-17-2017 at 4:33 PM.   I have had several (maybe 10 or more rings with no message left today)  Do not know if it is this same company. that did all these hang-ups early in the morning and late at night as well!

Scam.  Calls multiple times

Keeps calling no one there and no message.  After asked to be taken off their list but that doesn't seem to work

it is level 3 communications probably a call from Pioneer Credit
trying to get YOUR money

Call centers have many numbers such as xxx1,xxx2,xxx3 so you block only one number and the next call is from a different number.
