I rudely asked the person who she was and what the heck she wanted. "With Energy Care calling to book furnace maintence". The company I deal with is not Energy Care nor are they located in Memphis. I asked for her phone number so I could call back. She refused to do that. Today I have 6 calls starting from 11:29 this morning.
Number only, no name, has called 3 times so far. Twice we were out, once we were at home. No calls resulted in a message being left. When we were home, we didn't pickup the call, because the number was unknown to us and the call must have been really important (sarcasm) because it lasted all of two rings.
