It was a voice recording and they left a vm saying the irs is filing a lawsuit. I called the number back out of curiosity, and a man picked up saying "hello irs". I asked him for his name and address and he refused to give it to me and hung up
said IRS final notice..IRS file lawsuit against you.. obviously fraud just hang up don't give any personal information. IRS will mail you a letter if they miss you.
