Derrick Alexnder called and told my daughter that he needed to speak to me or my attorney. I got on the phone and he told me that there were several attempts to collect a monies that I borrowed from a payday loan company and now it is too late. He said now it is too late because I had committed fraud when I didnt have the money avail in my acct for them to get pymnt and under Gov Law that is a crime and he is notifying the police in my state and they will be there too pick me up so I should notify my family so I can make arrangements for my children. I cried and my children were asking whats wrong and they were upset. He kept telling me I need to give him my acct info now or he's sending the police to my house. I was so upset I lost my job over a year ago and now my house and he's telling me I'm getting ready to go to jail now. I kept trying to make him hear my side and he just kept being really nasty and short with me. He even pretented to dispatch to another person to file the report.  When I got off the phone 1st I went up stairs crying and then I went to the internet to do research to find out if I could be put in jail for this matter and then I put the tele# he called me from and this site came up with simular stories. From what I've read I don't believe that I can go to jail, at least not tonight. And I am also going to file a report because what Mr. Alexander done to me and many others is in fact illegal.
