I would throw in that, even though they may not quit initially, once they realize no one is picking up, they'll stop. I'm not getting near as many calls as I used to, but sometimes the scammers change their numbers and it starts all over again. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer it. "Can you hear me okay?" LOL!
They called, I ignored. Just another extended car warranty scam to block, along with free trips to the Bahamas, IRS tax scams, credit card interest rate reductions, and the rest of the slew of crap we all seem to be getting.
