Same thing happening here in Memphis, TN. After reading everyone's post I decided to *60 (code block through Comcast) the number today. The "charity" must not be important enough for them to leave a message. They hang up every time the answering machine picks up.

Calling for Kids Wish Network. Did not get beyond that. I hung up on them.

I let my machine catch it , but they left no message . If it is for breast cancer , I donate locally & in person .
