Who called from 9012762603

this number calls my house for someone that used to have my phone number; it is a bill collector.  HOWEVER if you call the number back you get this poor old man at his house.  that is whack that a company can fudge in what it says on the caller id

Our caller ID shows this number calling with the name of Lillian Myrtle.  Never heard of either and did not answer the call and did not return call.
