In 29 June this year I get the same no. to call under the caller id James E Ferguson. Today the no. was associated with ADSPLUS. I asked them each time to stop calling. (Is a senior citizen telemarketing scam)
Have gotten at least one call per day from this # for the past week,always between 4 and 5 pm. Try to call back & get a weird recorded message saying "No one is available right now" but nothing else. They never leave a voicemail either.
