there was a pre-recorded message that stated I could "lower my credit card interest rate; press 1 to speak with an Operator." I don't have any credit cards

International caller id ----My mother received a call from foreign sounding woman about $1200 home security system.  Woman asked if she had a home security system.  The call left her uncomfortable and she reported it to local police
