I had requested auto insurance quotes be EMAILED to me and soon as I hung up from requesting it I got a call from this number....then I got 4 more calls from them over a 15 minute time. No message and no one there when i answered Very frustrated....not sure if they are someone that can't read I want emails only {so my husband and i can compare or if they stole my number from the place I called. Either way is kinda frustrating. Would like to know who they are so I can make sure to NEVER use them.
Same thing happened to me, submitted on online request for insurance quotes one night, the next day this number starts calling me non-stop, no VM if i dont answer, and no one there when I do.
I am assuming its part of a verification step to make sure the request for quotes is legit, but I could be wrong.
Same thing happened to me.....immediate repetitive calls after completing online insurance inquiry. I inquired and found it was "USInsurance Company". Asked them to put me on the no call list as I had never provided them with my phone number for that very reason!! Very creepy sales tactic!
They called three times in a row,apparently this happened after I got a health insurance quote from aetna,I didn't realize that I had be redirected away from there site,so state farm,and others emailed me and called me,back to the caller,I answered the third call,and asked who they were,they said something about auto insurance,I told them "I did not request a F*****G for auto insurance,take me off you're F*****G call list"yelling this to the caller,I felt yelling and cursing was okay,cause they obliviously lack professionalism,What honest company doesn't leave voice mail and calls over and over,raised my blood pressure on the third call..
I am so totally irritated,I am about to call aetna,cuss them out,and tell them I am in no way interested in using them as my health care provider,think God,they didn't get my social,or CC #.. I was a passenger in a car at the time,so I wasn't really paying attention to the redirect,I am kind of surprised what I thought to be a legit company used this tactic..
I did the online car insurance quote request and my phone started ringing even though I did not finish it. I didn't answer and no message after they called 8 times!
