I received the exact same phone call this afternoon. They asked for my SS# and I told them they must think I’m stupid. Then they made the same threat, police at my door blah blah blah. This is def a scam company please DO NOT give them any and I mean ANY information!!
I also received a call from 901-300-3226; make sure you report this to your local police, federal trade commission, and your attorney general’s office.
I received a rather rude call from this number. I missed the first call so I called them back and was transferred to this gentleman. When I inquired what it was in reference to he acted surprised and then said it was for a debt with Ace Cash Express. I then told him that I believed this debt had already been resolved we were disconnected. I then called him back and said I believe we were disconnected he stated we were not I hung up on you... it is election day and I have to many cases to waste my time with you.... I will file charges with the sheriffs office and you can sort it out when you get picked up. Then hung up again. I attempted to contact him again and he said what's wrong with you do you not under stand what I said you keep calling back and I will have charges filed for harassing a business man you are on a roll...
I have contacted an attorney and I am scheduled to meet with them tomorrow.
