This number just called my cell, but I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They left no message. What's the point of the Do Not Call list if these momos keep calling?

901-300-7417 has started its next round of annoying phone calls.  I do not answer numbers I do not know.

I just had a call from that number. I answered but there was no response.

unable to connect when dialing them but calls me weekly. when i answer, they just hang up, every time.
