Other websites list this number as "suspected spam." I have received calls from a similar phone number (901-300-7417) which has been reported here at 800 notes as a bogus telemarketer.
The Do Not Call registry has nothing to do with this call or any other scammer call. Nor does the caller ID number mean anything. These crooks spoof any number at random and then "demon dial" any and all numbers in any selected location in sequence. They don't care who they are calling. They are just hoping to get someone stupid to answer and then fall for their scam.
