Received call earlier today message left said "From the GSA, if you're a business owner & want a contract w/ the GSA call this number" & left an extention no.

claim to be GSA a governement company who is interested in using your services... complete con !... they are a collection agency !

claim to be GSA a governement company who wanted to know if we are interested in government contracts.  I told them to take me of the their callers list and they called 20 minutes later again.

Claims to be from "Worldwide GSA" - sounds like cold-call telemarketing spam. Repeated calls, just.will.not.stop.
