Who called from 9013236619

Male caller asked for my husband by first name and said his name as if I would recognize it.  When I did not and said "who?"  He made a quick remark that I cannot recall and hung up!  It was obvious that he did not really know my husband.  Have no idea what his motive was.

Caller calls, mumbles something unintelligible, then hangs up. Call was immediately followed by a call to my cell phone.

the person who called didnt say anything  when i tried to call back i got busy signal
