Caller by the name of Peter Black left voice mail at my WORK today threating legal action, very heavy accent could not understand well at all. Asked to have me call, and if I was unable to call than I could have my attorny call, if he did not here from either of us that they would "well basically see me in court", but gave no reference to what it was that I had done wrong or if it was a bill collector what it was I owed.
I get phone calls from these yahoos at least four times a week for the last few weeks asking for someone who has never worked here. I keep telling them that there isn't anyone here by that name and they get nasty demanding that I put them on the phone. When I asked where I was calling (state or country)the person I was talking to got very vague and and turned the conversation around and wouldn't answer the question. The caller has a very thick foreign accent and it is difficult to understand them. You can tell it is from a call center somewhere and there is a delay so it gets very frustrating speaking to them and it seems that they are always interrupting you. I have asked repeatedly that they discontinue calling, yet I still receive calls from them. Uuuuggghhh!

He wanted me to call him or have my attorney call, and if he did not hear from either of us that they would seek legal action. I filed bankruptcy in 2006. These people are saying that I borrowed money in 2005. I asked them to quit calling me. They continue to call anyway.
