This number is used by inmates. You have to set up an account with a credit or debit card to accept the call. If you do not want to accept push #7 on your phone and it will block calls from the number. But the inmates have other companies they can call from and you have to listen to know how to block getting more calls. I had this number on my cell phone reject list but still got calls until I listened to who to stop the calls.
