Total scam. Read several other posts from similar numbers. Caller's name was Judy Preston from Litigation Support Services and was very smooth and believable. Called a relative regarding non-payment of a pay day lender. As she provided more details of the alleged case and was asked for debt validation letter or some other kind of proof from the collection agency she was not able to produce anything.
So I called back and spoke to a Richard Davenport he said that I never followed up last week and when I asked who was the loan too he got offense and said he did not know but you borrowed money and never paid it back and we are going to send it out and you will be arrested at home or work and spend 180 days in jail I believe this is the same person Who is calling everyone from 901 425 1480.
