Received the call again today. This time, I managed to speak with someone. I asked what this is in reference to, after being placed on hold for a long time and the person told me to "calm down," while she reviewed my "case." I said "what case," and tried to tell her that what she is doing is completely illegal. She said I broke the law and hung up on me. First rule: Legitimate companies do not interact this way. If their objective is to get money from you, than they speak to you respectfully, give you full information as to the issue and have the debt written on paper, sent to you.
Now they are going to possibly contact family or friends or work and then they will see the other side of me.
Received a call today from some guy saying that either me or my attorney needed to call them back or i would be found guilty and an arrest would be issued. I received the same type of call a couple months ago and when i looked up the phone number that they were calling from the phone number was from NAA Narcotic Anonimous.
I received a call stating Tom Davidson has a case against me blah, blah, blah. They have also tried to call me from 901-407-2026. These people are ridiculous.
I have been recieving calls from this number for almost three days now and the lady continues to be rude and not give me any answers we have gotten into a few verbal altercations. I need this to stop, I went through the hassle of looking up my credit information and these claims are false.
I cannot beleive I didn't think with a level head in this situation. Of course all of these things you are saying make sense now that I am no longer angry and ready to punch someone!! Thank you so much for giving me the information I needed!
