Josh from customer service department called my cell phone.  customer service for what?  I hung up on him

Customer service calls. They call every week.  Said I've won a cruise. Have asked for them to take my number off their call list and they say they can't hear me, so I hang up.

Call to cell 2:57 p.m. 4/19/16 - Didn't recognize; didn't answer; they always hang up before call goes to voice mail.  "No name" on caller info.
