As noted by others, this is a recording of a woman's voice saying there is nothing wrong with my credit card but it is urgent that I talk to them about lowering my interest rate. One of the comments above says this is an auto loan company and therefore not a scam; I do not have an auto loan, though, so they should not be calling me (i.e., they do not have any business relationship with me).
It's a female prompted voice with different options and talks about lowering your interest rate without mentioning the credit card company, and also present themselves as you contacted them previously. That's some bull crap and it's a spam so you should block it.
Called one of our business lines before we were open. Left no message. Called back. First time got a busy signal. Second time the female recording told us to push 9 to be put on the Do Not Call List. News Flash: we already are.
They call and when you call back they say press 9 to be put on do not call list ... but they keep calling .... I block the number and they call from other number ......
