This company called me four times in 10 minutes. This first time I told them I have insurance and they hung up. The other three times, I wasn't able to get a word out and they hung up. I called them back three times. The first two, I tried to explain what was happening and to quit calling me, they hung up. The last call I asked to speak to a manager. The guy at the other end said "sure, one moment". Five seconds later I was disconnected. The next call I get will be "FU"!
These people call me 20 times a day and when I get out the word "no I have Ins. I get hung up on. I finally asked someone to remove me and they hung up. I called back and the lady said maybe if you had a job and wasn't sitting on the couch I wouldn't be bothered by their calls every 3 minutes. I called and complained again and they said I could be arrested because this company was a government agency and you can't harasses them! I mean REALLY!!! They call me from 8:00am to 9:00 pm all day, sometimes minutes apart! I would love to jam their f*****g lines! It's totally b***s*** they can harasses someone and call them lazy...I do have a job!!!!
They have called me over 20 times in as little as 3 hours!!!! They asked if "Thomas" was available I said wrong number then they asked for another name I didn't recognize so I said wrong number again and the man in the other end had the nerve to say "I don't think so I think this is Thomas" I am a woman and after that they called again and again and again until I finally blocked the number
901-444-3519 and 830-522-4094 I called this number and found out it was Health Insurance Enrollment Center. I told them never mind they laughed at me last time when I was trying to find out how to not get assaulted by President Obama by receiving fines because of Obama care. They asked me if That was the only reason I wanted health insurance I said yes which I am sure I'm not the only one doing this. They laughed and hung up the phone. So when I realized it was the same company calling back I told them "Oh it's your company well you hung up on me last time so never mind." Then I hung up. Acting immature and vengeful the agent called me back and said "Tit for tat...how do you like it." This time the number came through as 830-522-4094. They wanted me to pay $80 a month for me and my wife on a $2500 deductible for insurance I may never use and have not needed my entire life and they are egotistical about the fact they got me right where they want me: cornered. Pay them $80 a month or get fined $700.00 at the beginning of 2016. There are only two options of extortion and they know it so there is no humility found from any insurance company concerning this issue. Just a lot of harassment.
