I also received a call from this #. The man on the other end would not give me his name of the name of the company. He would only state that he is a mediator trying to resolve in lieu of court then proceeded to tell me I owed money to a payday loan payday America was the name he gave me would not tell me how much. When I informed him I needed validation in writing to the address he has on file he said I can tell it to the judge when I am arrested. Someone has definitely hacked me every 6 months or so I start getting these calls as well as family members stating I am going to be arrested. I have filed numerous times with the no atty generals office. Nothing ever happens. Consequently I have also found out I am a victim of identy fraud and had to file all kinds of forms and police reports in order to file my fed taxes. Be diligent on these calls file the reports with your state atty general office as well as the federal govt.
It is a scam! Don't give them a penny. Starve them. Make their sorry *** get up and get a REAL job,instead of extorting money from hard working people.
I feed rejected. This con artist didn't leave me a message demanding I or my attorney call.
I DO advise against calling these scammers back. Calling them can get your number put on a list as a viable victim's contact phone #. Or they could have a redirect in there directing your call to some service that will incur charges.
Maybe these are the guys who do the fake IRS collection phone scam calls.

This name and persona (Along with “Walter Harrington”) appears on 800notes repeatedly. Pushing the same sort of scam. Says there's "charges". Pretends to be a lawyer. Uses the term "pre-trial" a lot. Or “pre-trial intervention” which is a term used in criminal cases. Threats of arrest and all the rest of it. Sometimes say they are with “Litigation Support Services”. A total scam. If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them. Tell 'em no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
