I got a call from an 800 number. Said she was Shirley Brandon, and this time it was "Memphis Accident Services". When I asked her what that was, she simply said they call people who have been in accidents but are not at fault. She was asking me how I was doing, so I asked her if she was from the insurance company, no. Asked her if she worked for lawyers, no. Asked her why she was calling "To get information." By this time she was getting rude and hung up on us.
Got a call from 901-453-5187. Lady said she was from Memphis Accident Services inquiring if everyone was OK. When I pressed her who she was with--the police? she would not respond. with a governement agency? she got rude and hung up..
We received a call from Ms. Brandon with Memphis Accident Services from 901-453-5187 stating she was calling about our accident, which we were not at fault. She imediately asked if we were feeling OK and had any injuries & I responded that I have low back pain, my hip hurts & both my shoulders hurt from time to time with a chuckle, but this was no way related to the recent MVA. Asked her if she had any knowledge of the insurance process of getting our vehicle repaired & she stated she did not. The call ended. She could have been calling from either a chiropractor/law firm.

got an unsolicited call this morning from 901-453-5187. The woman said she was with Memphis Accident Services stating she was following up on the accident I was involved with yesterday evening. Wanted to know if I had injuries and if I had been to a Dr. I asked who she was calling on behalf of. She started yelling, "I told you who I was!" When I repeated my question, she was very rude and hung up.
