Definite scam. Inappropriate conduct of the person calling. Claiming a file against me. The law does not work that way and receiving calls of this type is not how legal actions are initiated. This is clearly a scam/phishing or perhaps even bullying to try and get money.
Claimed they had a claim against me on their desk, with my first and last name and my social. But wanted me to give them the last four digits to verify my social. I said absolutely not and hung up. She wouldn't even tell me what the claim was about . Scam.
