A guy called my cell phone named Roy Richards and he had a very thick eastern accent, he said he called about a friend whos name i will not use, but he said it 3 times then told me i had to call back because it was an emergency and that legal action would occur, i was just confused as to why i would have to call and second how they knew my cell number and that we were friends.
