The caller has an Indian accent that's difficult to understand and claims he's trying to help me remove a virus from my computer. They have called twice, including at 10:00 pm.
There's nothing much anyone can do because they are hard core Indian or Pakistani scammer/extortionists. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
Got a call at 11:30 pm, while my wife was recovering from surgery. Our answering machine cut in when I didn't answer, but whoever called did not leave a message that was recorded.
Received a call last night at 10:00 p.m. from this number. Caller ID identified it as a "Tennessee call" Caller had an Indian accent and said he was calling from Windows about a problem with my computer. I complained about the late hour of his call, said, "Windows does not make cold calls", and hung up.
Called at 11:21pm ,woke me up . Caller ID said unknown and I didn't recognize the area code so I didn't answer ,my advice is to do the above or better yet unplug your phone line as soon as it's identified .I do thank people who comment on this website
