is this number a scam

this number says they are calling from total recovery solutions. The woman that called says her name is yolanda. im not exactly sure why she is calling and she has been trying to get money from me. i really need to know if this is a scam or if it is a real company

I don't know who this person is but not only do they try to get money but they call 10 to 15 times a day every day. It's insane
