Yea, I got a missed call and a voicemail from this number, and the wierd thing is the number looked VERY familiar. The message said " hey nate, its me. I just got an apartment. Call be back." She sounded sad or sick or something. Then I googled the number to see if I could find information on the number. Thats when I saw this site and read that story. The person called back and I said "who is this?" She paused and said "this is christina." Then I thought " wait, i've never dated anyone named christina. She started crying and saying "I know it was just a one time thing and I just want you to be happy and for me to be happy and everyone to be happy and ...." that's when I hung up. She tried to call back , but I didn't answer, and she didnt leave a number and didn't leave a message and hasn't called back, thank god. But it sounded to me, with tge way the story was going, that she was gonna tell me that she was either pregnant, or that she has a kid and just found out it was really mine. Yyyeeeaahhh right! Can't fool me, not today! Especially not before my wedding! I'm getting married on july 27th, in less than two weeks. I cant believe someone would try to set me up like that. My fiance swears up n down it wasn't her, and I told her not to lie. I wonder who it really was. Gotta be one of our friends or something. Nice try yo!
Okay, just got randomly contacted by this number. She gave me a simple name, Natasha Brown, and stated that she had just gotten out of a bad break up, 4 months ago, and that apparently one of my friends had slipped her my number because "I was a good listener and advice guy." She came on the line essentially crying at 5 in the morning and basically asked to be my girlfriend over the phone... which was weird. We talked for a bit because I wanted to discern if this was real or if I was just having a really realistic dream. Conveniently, she gets a call from her ex who apparently shouted a bunch at her and is trying to take her dog. She goes to Clemson, apparently doesn't have a computer with skype on it, and is emotional stress right now. I'm not gonna lie, I'm paranoid to no end so having a girl randomly call me at any time would be tricky, but this is just too much. Plus, she conveniently got a call from her greatest offender right while we were calling? Anyone else have similar experience so I know what I should do, or if I need to contact my phone company?
