This number called me as well this morning. The lady on the phone was stating she was calling from the Memphis Health Department. I was asking her in what regard she was calling and she answered she did not know, she just had a call log to go through to find out who owns the numbers. So I told her I would not give her my information unless she gives me a valid reason for her call. So she just said, well ok I am just doing my job. SCAM.
