Have filed a report with att and the federal trade commision for unwanted texts

I received a call from this number that was 8am on a Sunday, and was a proverbs thing. I do not appreciate not only receiving religious texts, but especially in the early morning on a weekend! Who the hell are these people, and where do they get off sending unwarranted texts?
