I picked up and after a few seconds, someone finally came on and said hello. I did not respond and they hung up, they did not identify themselves or ask for anyone. they simply said hello and hung up when I did not respond. While the line was connected I could hear call center background noise. They were multiple phones ringing, and multiple conversations in the background. The caller ID displayed "Signature Patie" and the number 901-609-7308. A Google search return some sketchy looking sites I did not click on.
